Confirm and pay:

Our shopping pages will seamlessly guide you through the steps necessary to complete a successful order. Please note that once you click 'Confirm and pay;  you wont have the ability to go back and make changes to your order.

Delivery Address:

It is imperative to furnish us with a thorough and precise delivery address. Lashiela holds no responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address or person due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you. 

Confirmation Emails:

Upon placing your order, expect to receive a confirmation email at the provided checkout email address, acknowledging receipt of your order. Subsequently, you will receive another email confirming the dispatch of your order once it has been shipped.  

Additional Information:

Lashiela reserves the right to decline an order, such as when payment authorisation is unattainable or in the case os suspected fraudulent activity. If there is an error in product information, including pricing and promotions, you will be notified by email if we are unable to fulfill your order under specified circumstances.
